Stainless Steel / Signature Gold-Bonded™

Eligible for Lifetime Protection. Coverage includes manufacturing or structural defects. Resolution may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

Moissanite / 925 Silver

Eligible for a 1-year protection period from delivery. Coverage includes manufacturing or structural defects. Resolution may include repair or replacement at our discretion.

What’s Covered

Our protection covers manufacturing-related issues under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Clasp or structural issues
  • Stone defects on moissanite pieces

What’s Not Covered

This protection does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, fading, or improper care
  • Water or chemical damage
  • Accidental damage or misuse
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Custom or personalized items

Failure to properly care for your jewelry may result in your claim being denied.

How It Works

  • All claims must be reviewed and approved before any return or service
  • The item may need to be returned for inspection before approval
  • Approved claims are resolved based on the issue and product type
  • Resolution may include repair or replacement at our discretion

Processing Fees

To keep pricing fair while maintaining quality, the following processing fees apply:

  • Stainless Steel / Signature Gold-Bonded™: $20 CAD
  • Moissanite / 925 Silver: $40 CAD

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Items showing excessive wear, misuse, damage outside normal use, or conditions not covered under this policy may not qualify.

Important Notes

  • Lifetime Protection is separate from our return policy
  • Final sale items may still qualify if the issue is covered
  • Moissanite and 925 silver pieces are final sale and not eligible for returns, but may still qualify for protection claims within the 1-year coverage period
  • Coverage applies to qualifying defects and structural issues, not general aging over time
