Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Must be returned in original packaging
  • Must include all original contents (boxes, accessories, etc.)
  • Any free promotional items included with your order must also be returned
  • Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Returns missing promotional items may be refused or subject to deductions. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

  • Moissanite and 925 silver pieces (made-to-order)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

These items remain covered under our protection policy.

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds & Fees

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • A 10–15% restocking fee may apply to refunds
  • No restocking fee for store credit
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for your refund to process.

Exchanges

If you would like a different style or size, you may return your item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Due to fast processing times, some orders may be fulfilled shortly after being placed and may not be eligible for cancellation.
