Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
Must be returned in original packaging
Must include all original contents (boxes, accessories, etc.)
Any free promotional items included with your order must also be returned
Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or alteration will not be accepted. Returns missing promotional items may be refused or subject to deductions. Items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused or sent back to you at your expense.

Items marked as final sale

These items remain covered under our protection policy.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@kadajewels.com.

Include:

Your order number
Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds & Fees

Refunds are issued to your original payment method
A 10–15% restocking fee may apply to refunds
No restocking fee for store credit
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for your refund to process.

Exchanges

If you would like a different style or size, you may return your item for store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of approval.

Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible via email to info@kadajewels.com and are not guaranteed. Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Where permitted by applicable law, any actual non-refundable payment-processing, credit-card, foreign-exchange, or currency-conversion fees charged in connection with the transaction will be deducted from the refund. Please note that these fees are charged by financial institutions and are not an additional cancellation penalty from Kada Jewels.

If Kada Jewels cancels an order, is unable to fulfill it, or applicable consumer law requires a full refund, the full amount paid will be returned.
