Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our facility in Canada.
Delivery Security
All shipments include tracking. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders to ensure secure delivery.
Shipping Estimates (After Dispatch)
The following timelines are estimates provided by our shipping partners and begin once your order has been shipped:
• Canada & USA: 4–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the return and reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer
Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds
• Reshipment costs will apply if an order is returned due to delivery failure
Carrier Responsibility & Liability
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping carrier.
• Kada Jewels is not liable for courier delays once the package is in transit
• Items marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled
• We do not replace or refund items reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
While Kada Jewels is not responsible for courier errors, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims where applicable.
Returns & Protection
Kada Jewels offers a 14-day return window on eligible items. Certain items, including made-to-order pieces, are final sale and not eligible for return.
